We ship throughout Italy with reliable carriers: GLS, BRT, SDA and UPS.

Shipping times

• Products in stock: 1-3 working days

• Products from the central warehouse: 2-10 working days

Shipping costs

• Standard: €5.99

• Express: €7.99

• Free within Italy: for orders over €80

Shipping within Europe

We ship throughout Europe at a flat rate:

• International standard shipping: €14.99
  (Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, on average 5-12 working days.)

In-store pickup

You can collect your order free of charge from our shop in Laggio di Cadore.

• Products in stock: ready for pickup within 2 hours

• Products from the central warehouse: ready in 3-10 working days
  You will receive a notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Further information

• You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

• For mixed orders (in-stock products + central warehouse), everything is shipped together once all products are available.
