The Consumer User has the right to withdraw without any penalty and without giving any reason within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the Product, by sending a written communication to the email address info@isoladeicollezionisti.it, using the optional withdrawal form set out in the following article or any other written statement.
In the case of separate delivery of several Products ordered by the Consumer User in a single order, the 30-day period for exercising the right of withdrawal runs from the day on which the last Product was received.
In the event of withdrawal, the User must return the Product to the Owner without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which they communicated their decision to withdraw from the contract. The User shall bear only the direct cost of returning the Product, unless the Owner has stated that it will bear that cost.
Where the right of withdrawal has been duly exercised, the Owner shall reimburse the payments received from the User, using the same means of payment used by the User for the initial transaction, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day on which the User communicated their wish to withdraw from the contract.
The Owner is not required to reimburse delivery costs where the User has expressly chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of delivery offered by the Owner.
Unless it has offered to collect the Product itself, the Owner may withhold the reimbursement until it has received the Product or until the Consumer User has supplied evidence of having sent it back.
The User is liable for any diminished value of the Product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. In that case the Owner shall refund the amount paid, reduced in proportion to the loss in value (for example for a sealed product returned opened, or a Product returned incomplete or damaged), informing the User of the reasons.
Sealed collectible products (booster packs, displays, boxes, decks and the like) can be returned for a full refund only if intact and still sealed. A sealed product returned opened has lost all or part of its value, which is deducted from the refund as set out in the previous paragraph.

The User acknowledges and accepts that they lose the right of withdrawal after downloading or using a digital Product.
The User acknowledges and accepts that they lose the right of withdrawal once a service has been fully performed.
