17th-century France. A young swordsman named D’Artagnan has just arrived in Paris. His dream is to join King Louis XIII’s musketeers. But D’Artagnan finds himself, against his will, thwarting a plot hatched by Cardinal Richelieu, the King’s vile prime minister... With the help of Jean, Constance, and the three musketeers Athos, Porthos, and Aramis, D’Artagnan thus begins his adventure in the City of Light. A literary classic by Alexandre Dumas, Koi Ishida, and for the TV series, by Monkey Punch, the creator of Lupin III.
