• AN ORIGINAL AND COMPELLING STORY THAT BREAKS DOWN GENDER STEREOTYPES
Ever since he was a child, Junpei's life has been marked by a huge love for classical ballet, for which he shows great aptitude from the start. As stubborn as only a child can be, he manages to defend his passion from the mockery of his peers, until an incident makes him waver, pushing him to abandon his dream and dedicate his heart and soul to martial arts. By the time he reaches high school, Junpei is an expert in Jeet Kune Do, has many friends, and never misses an opportunity to show off his skills. One day, Miyako, the daughter of a classical ballet instructor, joins his class. The passion the girl shows for dance rekindles in Junpei the desire to dance, a desire that had never truly disappeared. Will the young man manage to free himself from the chains he has imposed upon himself and finally take flight on the stage of classical ballet? The YAGP finals are just around the corner, but when Master Iwai asks him to reflect on "what drives you to get on stage?", Junpei is so shaken that he can no longer even dance. Will he find the answers he is looking for?
