STRAIGHT AHEAD

A NOVEL DISGUISED AS A FAIRY TALE, A STORY THAT SPEAKS OF HOW DIFFICULT IT IS TO REMAIN TRUE TO OURSELVES, TO GROW UP, TO UNDERSTAND WHO LOVES US, AND TO RECIPROCATE THAT LOVE
There is a little dog born into a family of proudly anthropomorphic dogs, accustomed for generations to standing upright on two legs and eating properly: sitting at the table. The little one, however, wants nothing to do with standing upright and lives like a dog in every respect, walking on four legs and sleeping in a kennel. At first, his parents tolerate these oddities, but when his behavior starts to cause problems, the puppy decides to leave home and becomes a stray. Or rather, a "half-stray," he insists on clarifying.
