Forbidden Lands

Forbidden Lands is a new take on the classic fantasy roleplaying game. In this RPG, you are not heroes sent on missions by others, but rather raiders and rogues wanting to make your mark on a cursed world. You will discover lost tombs, fight horrific monsters, roam the wilderness and, if you live long enough, build your own stronghold to defend.
Presented in a beautiful box set, the core game consists of:
The Player's Handbook, featuring all the rules for creating your adventurers, handling combat and magic, traveling, and building your stronghold. The system is easily adaptable to other settings as well.
The Gamemaster's Guide, containing a rich and detailed description of the Forbidden Lands, a vast illustrated bestiary, numerous random encounters, and three complete adventure sites.
Inside the manuals, both featuring faux-leather covers with gold foil stamping, you will also find special Appendices that allow you to quickly generate your adventurers' backstories and bring new legends and unique monsters to life.
A large, full-color map, giving you the freedom to explore the Forbidden Lands however you prefer, hex by hex.
A sheet of stickers for adventure sites and gravestones, which will turn your game map into a permanent visual record of your adventures.
A fantastic pad of 15 character sheets to fill out.
