Sumire Ichigaya isn't doing so well. She's drowning in debt, surrounded by noisy neighbors, having to fight to keep from losing out on the last discounted meals at the supermarket, and stuck in a dead-end job as an exterminator of slimy parasites from outer space—a legacy of a failed alien invasion about fifty years ago. It seems like things couldn't get any worse, until she is abducted by aliens and wakes up with a new, monstrous arm that has a mind of its own and a foul-mouthed voice echoing in her head! Now, Sumire is still buried in bills, but she also has to worry about disturbing extraterrestrial monsters and a military corporation hunting her down to perform an autopsy—will things ever stop sucking for her?
