Star Wars: The Deckbuilding Game

RELEASE DATE: MARCH 3, 2023. A competitive game for two players that brings the cosmic-scale war between the Galactic Empire and the Rebel Alliance to your tabletop. Two players choose one faction each, controlling the forces of the Empire or the Rebels. As the game progresses, each player must strengthen their starting deck by acquiring cards that provide greater firepower and superior resources to attack and defeat the opponent's base. The first player to destroy 3 opponent bases wins the game! Each of the two players begins the game with their own 10-card deck. These starting decks are not very powerful and mostly provide resources. In the early stages of the game, each player will use these resources to purchase new cards and add them to their deck. By improving it in this way, they will be able to generate more resources and launch more impactful attacks in future turns. It is important to pay attention to the abilities of the cards you purchase and ensure that the cards you add to your deck work synergistically. It is also good to keep an eye on the cards your opponent is purchasing: this will help you deduce their strategy and define a plan to counter it. The balance of the Force can shift the tide of the struggle between the Empire and the Rebels. Throughout the game, various effects can tip the balance of the Force in favor of one faction or the other. CONTENTS: 10 Imperial Starting Cards, 10 Rebel Starting Cards, 90 Galaxy Cards, 10 Outer Rim Pilot Cards, 20 Base Cards, 2 Reference Cards, 1 Force Balance Track, 50 Damage Tokens, 20 Resource Tokens, 1 Force Token, and 1 Rulebook.
