Takemichi Hanagaki is a young man who has just reached adulthood, but he has already hit the lowest point of his life. A hopeless part-time worker, he lives in a dump and, to make matters worse, he is still a virgin. One day, Takemichi is struck by terrible news: Hinata Tachibana, his girlfriend from middle school, the only girlfriend he ever had, is dead, killed by a group of delinquents known as the Tokyo Manji Gang. Suddenly... Takemichi finds himself back in the past, in his shoes from twelve years earlier, when he was in middle school! An inexplicable and absurd event that, however, gives the boy the opportunity to save the sweet Hinata: if only, to do so, he didn't have to climb the ranks and aim for the top of the most dangerous and violent gang in all of Kanto!
