Take control of a group of warriors as Serenoa, heir of House Wolffort, and immerse yourself in a story where every choice you make can make a difference. Key decisions will reinforce one of three convictions—Utility, Morality, or Liberty—which together shape Serenoa's worldview and influence how the story unfolds. When faced with momentous decisions, various characters will cast their votes using the Scales of Conviction. In these instances, your allies and past decisions can determine the fate of entire nations and the continent of Norzelia itself.

Use the battlefield to your advantage to secure victory.
Finding the right positioning in turn-based battles can be the difference between victory and defeat. Place your units on elevated ground to command the battlefield with increased range. You can also flank enemies from both sides and strike from behind for a powerful follow-up attack. Elemental reactions also play a vital role in combat. For example, you can use fire to melt ice, then electrify the area. Push an enemy into the water and watch them fry!
