VALLEJO MODEL WASH DARK RUST 76507 VALLEJO COLORS

Washes are liquid, transparent colors for creating weathering effects on armor, vehicles, aircraft, ships, figures, wargaming miniatures, and dioramas. All surfaces exposed to sun, wind, dust, rain, and snow undergo a change in color, a loss of intensity, fading, and general discoloration. For the modeler, these color changes are very difficult to reproduce, and washes are the perfect solution for achieving these effects on a model. Model Wash has been formulated with a modified acrylic resin so that the surface tension is similar to that of traditional solvent-based washes, but with the advantage of working with a water-based medium. The average drying time is approximately 20 minutes. If several layers of wash are to be applied, it is best to wait about 40 minutes between applications. Painting tools are cleaned with water. 35 ml bottles.
