Helluva Town is a secret neighborhood in the city, hidden somewhere between Little Italy and the Bowery… and populated by living cartoons. An oasis of rubbery, hyper-colored anarchy where you can be whatever you want and do whatever you feel like doing.
A fast-to-learn rules-light system based on playing cards (Helluva System), easy to grasp in under FIVE MINUTES, suitable for both hardcore gamers and those who have never played a role-playing game in their lives, which encourages cartoonish insanity.
A mad world-building setting where you can run, jump, fly, and crash, from the forbidden pleasures of Grin Gardens to the alienating machines of Shocktopia, from the shady alleys of the Jellyfish Junction harbor to the rocky desert of Moonshine Mesa, where it’s easy to fall into a canyon and end up in a little cloud of smoke... and above all, CUSTOMIZE THE SUPER WEIRD WEAPONS FROM SCAM INK.! All punctuated by wonderful psychotropic little tunes.
Join us on a crazy journey that will never end.
