DRAMA ROOM - DVD

Like all good mothers, Ma devotes herself to her five-year-old son Jack, trying to protect him and make him happy with her warmth and love, doing ordinary things like playing games and telling stories. Their life, however, is anything but "ordinary": they are trapped in a 3-square-meter windowless room that Ma has euphemistically called "Room." Ma creates an entire universe for Jack inside the room and stops at nothing to ensure that her son has a full and fulfilling life, even in a treacherous and cramped environment. When Jack's curiosity about their situation begins to grow and Ma's resilience hits rock bottom, the two protagonists set in motion a risky escape plan that will bring them face to face with what could prove to be the most frightening thing of all: the real world.
