Ticket to Ride Board Game

October 2, 1900: 28 years earlier, the well-known London eccentric Phileas Fogg accepted and won a 20,000-pound wager by completing "Around the World in 80 Days." Now, at the dawn of the new century, the time has come for a new impossible journey. Some friends have gathered to celebrate Fogg's daring and lucrative bet by proposing a new wager of their own invention. The stakes: 1 million dollars, which will go to a single winner. The goal: to see who among them can visit the most North American cities by train... in just 7 days. The journey begins immediately... Ticket to Ride is a railway adventure game across the country. Players collect cards of various types of trains to take control of railway lines that connect cities throughout North America. The longer the lines, the more points they will earn. Additional points can be earned by completing Destination Tickets and connecting two distant cities or by building the longest continuous railway route. So climb aboard and prepare for a fun adventure on the tracks. It's time for Ticket to Ride!
