Physical products (including any physical goods with digital components) are delivered to the address provided by the customer, using the method and within the term chosen or shown on the website and confirmed in the order. If the customer does not accept a new term or delivery becomes impossible, they can request a refund — credited promptly via the same payment method used at purchase, within 14 days from the date the seller becomes aware of the refund request.
Delivery terms
Unless otherwise specified, the delivery terms shown in the order confirmation indicate the usual time needed to deliver the product from courier pickup. If we can't supply the requested products, the customer will be promptly notified by email, with the expected delivery date or the reasons for the impossibility.
Return policy
You can start a return within 14 days from delivery. Items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging.
Refund process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund is issued automatically to the original payment method within 10 days.
